We were allocated rooms on the ground floor, near the reception on G Floor, in areas designated for guests with pets, even though we had none. Room number 10 was in deplorable condition, with accumulated dirt, and room 04 had the heater not working, making the environment quite cold. Additionally, the bedding was stained with blood, and one of the rooms seemed to have been used just minutes before our arrival. The experience at the Edinburgh Marriott Hotel Holyrood was very disappointing.

酒店設施很差，門窗都很舊，各種損壞，房間地毯超級臟各種痕跡，沙發也是！好惡心！浴室到處都是頭髮，水龍頭各種水漬！ 而且這個酒店還是非常排外的，給還是電梯正門口的房間，要麼給你選樓下的。

出行很方便，周圍環境安靜，附近有個當地的超市，旁邊還有個中國便利店還可以付款寶付款，房間衞生乾淨，無異味，每天有2瓶水，酒店不提供拖鞋、牙具（我自己都帶了）

總體來説還不錯。離店前自己不小心被開水燙傷了，遺憾的是酒店沒有燙傷膏提供，沒法在第一時間緩解我的燙傷，不過還是要感謝前台的一位gentleman提供紗布並幫忙包紮。

對這個萬豪酒店還是比較滿意的，早餐特別好，咖啡好喝 也有現點現做的，美味。唯一的就是床墊太軟，對腰椎不好人士不友好，也沒有可以換的硬床墊，但酒店還是積極幫助解決方案，謝謝

Mixed experience – not quite 4-star quality for the price I recently stayed at the Edinburgh Marriott Hotel and, unfortunately, had to request a room change upon arrival. The first room didn’t feel like what you’d expect from a 4-star hotel, especially at nearly £200 per night. It was very basic—no carpet, no robe, and no slippers. The room felt empty, more like a budget option than a premium stay. We were moved to another room, which did have a carpet, but it was essentially the same situation—still no slippers or robe etc. That said, there were a few positives: the location is great, the breakfast was really nice, and the pool itself was a good facility. Overall, I might stay here again, but only if the price reflects the actual experience. At this rate, I expected a bit more attention to detail and comfort.

酒店位置可以，不過如果是拖箱子從車站步行過來還是有些費力，有上下坡。但是出行去景點都很方便。房間衞生很好，就是空調不是很暖和，其他都不錯。

設施：酒店有免費的健身房和游泳池！而且早餐真的很豐盛，是自助的 衞生：房間超級寬敞整潔，空間真的很大（廁所和淋浴空間也很大和乾淨 位置：走路到火車站需要15-20分鐘左右，就是Google導航的路感覺都是小路，女孩子要是晚上一個人走還是有點小害怕😟白天就完全沒問題！ 整體來説酒店本身是非常推薦的！！！
